I personally joined eXp because of the Agent Equity Program (stock options), Revenue Share program and the fact that I could continue to use my own branding while being a part of a fast growing, agent owned, publicly traded company.
I will never pressure anyone to join, because I believe it's a very personal decision and one that you need to take responsibility for and make sure it's what you want.
Having said that, I will always gladly talk with you (and your agent friends!) about it, and answer your questions, because I love it and think everyone can benefit from the eXp business model! We can chat on the phone, via zoom, or whatever works for you!
