Arden is a great alternative to South Asheville, as it adjoins the South Asheville zip code and still feels like you're in Asheville! It is convenient to everything in South Asheville, and the low turnover rate in the 3 neighborhoods in this video scream "I love it here!".

These neighborhoods are close to Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack, Cantina Louie at Gerber Village, and are a hop, skip and a jump from the Asheville airport.

With Highway 25 (otherwise known as Hendersonville Road) close by, people who live here have easy access to everything they need and then some. The Asheville Racquet Club, Orange Theory, and Gold's Gym are close by for fitness enthusiasts. Planet Fitness, F45, and others are just a ways down the road.
