A lot of factors go into selling your home. One of those things is pricing. Factors such as the condition of the home, whether or not it has been updated, location/convenience, recent sales of similar homes, etc. all go into finding the right price range for your home.

Have your realtor come take a look at it and explain the process to you. There are a lot of moving parts to selling your home, and time factors as well. For instance, is it ready to sell? If so, is it ready to show? If it isn't ready, what do you need to do to get it ready?

Talk with a realtor about how to price it and prepare it, and to come up with a marketing strategy.
